I received this product free for testing purposes. The styler just feels/looks expensive, but for what you get I think you can get something cheaper that would work just as great if not better.
I do love how it looks and feels, it's so sleek and it has a bit of weight to it. Because the battery life will just die on it's own.

I also realized for this product to work decent it needs to be charging full time. For example dry shampoo, for the styler to basically skip through my hair because of dry shampoo is a no go for me. I also noticed that the styler doesn't work that great with product in your hair. I have very thin and short hair and was not impressed of how fast it dies for how long it takes for a full charge. I started to use the styler by doing waves/curls in my hair within a few minutes the battery had already went down a bar. I reached 5 bars and the styler beeped to let me know it was done charging. I mentioned it's for a very quick fix because I let the styler charge for a full 2 hours. which by the way is heat resistance so you can immediately put the styler away after use. I opened the package to find a cute travel bag for the styler. When I first received the product I was super excited to try this sleek styler out. The ghd unplugged cordless styler is great for a very quick fix. * I received this product complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review* Read complete review I would recommend this to family and friends. So if you love to travel, like to do on the go touch ups or if your hair is like mine & you're running late you could straighten your whole head like I did or do some messy beach waves. So this is a more higher end price, but it comes with a warranty. Overall I really loved the ghd unplugged styler. I'd recommend checking out ghd site for a heat protectant and while your at it pick up a heat resistant mat, I find they come in handy for sitting my styler down on my vanity ( it's antique and really important to me ) so you don't burn the surface. This styler heats up to 375 degrees in 30secs and It definitely gets hot enough for my hair. Make sure to use a good heat protectant before using any styling tools. For this review I just straightened it to see if I could get my hair done in less than 20mins & I was able to do so. I definitely need to practice to see if I could curl in 20 min. I definitely got done before the battery was dead. I usually do 2 sections and I'm done besides touch ups. For reference I have thin hair & it's shoulder length. It took less than 2hours to fully charge, the charge last for 20mins. Before using your new Styler please charge it fully, the directions are in the manual.

Make sure to read the manual, it's sort and to the point with different languages ( which I feel should be in every manual ). If you're late to everything like I am this is definitely for you, you can do your hair on the go! It's TSA friendly, small enough to fit in your carryon and most purses.

I live in Chronic pain and the ghd unplugged styler didn't hurt my wrist like ones that are heavy or have a cord, so it's nice and lightweight, plus I could just get up and walk around when I started hurting from setting too long.
It has nice rounded edges for when you want those beach-y waves. I like the look of the ghd logo on the styler and the silver touch at the end of this sleek black styler. I got the black one complimentary from Influenster for my honest review. The styler itself is very sleek and I think both the black & white are stunning. really nice black heat resistant case and of course the star of the show the ghd unplugged styler. It comes in really nice packaging with everything you need, like an easy to read manual, the USB-C charger with cord, a. No cords!? On-the-go styler…where have you been all my life!? I'm in! I'm already in love. I think the ghd unplugged styler is a genius idea.
